Cancel within 28 days from arrival to receive full Deposit Refund. Cancellations must be made by Internet, or by Telephone confirmation with Hotel Management. Deposits will be fully retained by Casita de Maya Hotel if above conditions are not met. No-Show's will be required to pay, and will be charged with the Credit Card on file for entire stay. These charges will be billed to the major credit card used for the initial deposit. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your deposit refund to be processed, and for your credit refund to appear on your Credit Card Statement. Casita de Maya Hotel is not responsible for any arrival delays or no-show's to the hotel due to Inclement Weather, Hurricanes or Hurricane Warnings, acts of God, Airline Cancellations, or Reductions in Service , Labor Disputes, or Airline Bankruptcies, and or Disrupted Ferry Schedules or Cancellations due to weather conditions, or port closings from local Mexican Port authorities. Travel Advisories and or Government Travel Warnings, H1N1 viruses or other similar outbreaks or Pandemics advisories, Political or Civil Unrest, or any other means of transportation interruption from preventing guest to arriving at said Hotel.
